This policy explains how VITTIV TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. handles information when you visit the Morrow website or contact us.
Information we collect
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, organisation, and message. Our hosting provider may process basic technical logs needed to deliver and secure the website.
When enabled, we use optional analytics to understand visits and interactions on our website. This can include analytics cookies, technical information and recordings of browsing activity. Microsoft processes browsing recordings, and PostHog processes page visits and anonymous waitlist interaction events in its US cloud. PostHog session recording and automatic form capture are disabled. Advertising storage is disabled. We mask the waitlist form and do not send phone numbers, names, email addresses or financial information as analytics identifiers or events. Waitlist
If you join the waitlist, we collect the mobile number you enter and nothing else. We do not attach your name, email address, or website analytics to it. The form checks only that the number looks like a valid Indian mobile number.
We store the number to tell you when Morrow opens to new customers, and we share it only with the providers that host our systems. We keep it until Morrow opens to you. To have it removed at any time, email privacy@morrownow.com.
Financial information
This website does not collect or connect to your income, loans, liabilities, bank accounts, investments, transactions, insurance, taxes, or financial goals. Please do not send sensitive financial records or credentials by email.
If a future Morrow product needs financial information, we will publish an updated policy and request any necessary consent before collection begins.
How information is used
We use the limited information described above to respond to inquiries, tell you when Morrow opens to new customers, understand aggregate website usage, operate and secure the website, and comply with law. We may share it with providers that support those activities. We do not sell personal information. Optional session recordings are used only to improve this public website.
Your choices
Analytics is enabled by default for browsers using an India time zone; elsewhere we ask before enabling it. Browser privacy signals and saved opt-outs are honored. You can accept or decline analytics and change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” on our Cookie Policy page. Declining does not affect joining the waitlist. Your choice is stored in your browser. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed and use appropriate safeguards, although no internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
